Police officers in Warren have been busy, which is often the case. A number of people were arrested on various crimes around the Thanksgiving holiday. Each of them can help themselves by seeking assistance from a criminal law attorney to help them fight their cases in court.
Some of the crime reported near the end of Nov. 2017 include drug possession, assault, domestic violence and child endangerment. A 31-year-old female was allegedly found with drugs on her person while shoplifting from a Dollar General. A 44-year-old male and a 23-year-old woman fought over who should feed their child, resulting in the woman being hit and pushed down and the man being stabbed with a steak knife. A 19-year-old was arrested for allowing an 11-year-old to drive a vehicle. These are just a few examples in the long list of arrests made as of late.
In each of the above listed cases, the accused have entered not guilty pleas. This means that they want to fight their cases out in court, which is their right. It is unclear if any of these individuals are still being held by police until their court dates or if they have been released on bond.
Warren residents who face criminal charges like these individuals do have the right to defend themselves in a court of law. This they can do with the assistance an experienced criminal law attorney. While fighting any criminal case can have its difficulties, by fully investigating the matter, the accused and his or her attorney can present a defense that is geared toward achieving the best outcome possible.
